Fireplace Mantel MakeOver

This post features a few pictures of a mantel we just completed for a homeowner in Alexandria, Virginia.

I will be adding the completed painted picture here in a few days. This is just one phase of a larger project that included several sets of built-in bookcases and cabinetry, interior door replacements, beadboard wainscoting, kitchen cabinetry, and more.
