- Under cabinet lighting, new plumbing, new electrical circuitry
- Removed existing bulkheads for a taller wall cabinets with crown moulding build-up combination
- Ceramic tile flooring, granite counters.
- Renovation of the mud room, powder room, bathroom, family room cabinetry
